Sandals Set to
Sandals Grande Antigua Resort and Spa, has announced its partnership with the popular local television show – Good Morning Antigua and Barbuda, in hosting this
year’s Valentine’s Day Weddings.

Now in its ninth year, the Valentine’s Day affair will see Sandals Antigua reuniting with the show’s producers and hosts after a similar partnership nine years ago on February 14th when the live wedding programme aired for the first time in the Caribbean Grove.

Sandals made the collaboration known during Monday’s episode of the GMAB Show where the couples visited the resort and got a chance to meet the “Wedding Dream Team”.

According to Public Relations Manager Tasheka Lavann, “Sandals is known for putting on some of the best weddings in the world. This year will see Sandals taking on the weddings of Junelle Joseph and Glenworth Prince, Robin Francis and David George and Juste Zechariah and Samantha Aubrey.

Lydia Timothy, Wedding Supervisor, says “They will tie the knot in grand style. Sandals offers a unique wedding experience -  Your Wedding. Your Style. where couples can choose from a number of pre-designed themes or customize their ceremony and reception.”

These three lovely couples will have full creative control over their big day and we will just guide them accordingly, all in an effort to produce the wedding of their dreams”, she adds.

The couples will use this week to have one-on-one consultations with their wedding planner who will fine-tune the details of the wedding ceremony and reception, featuring backdrops to colours to cake, linen options and even ribbons.

The GMAB Valentine’s Day Wedding episode will air live on ABS TV from 6:30am on February 14th.
