IBTM Africa Confirms Keynote Speake

IBTM Africa, which is set to take place from 28 – 30th of April in Cape Town, South Africa, will kick off the event with the IBTM Africa Forum, where Alex Granger will deliver his
keynote session, ‘MOMENTS OF TRUTH – Business thinking and DOING!’

In his presentation, Granger will share nine practical steps to championship thinking and doing, to ensure that business remains sustainable in 2014 and beyond. Participants will learn what not to do in 2014 and what must be done to succeed.

Designed for businesses and their people, this presentation will illustrate the importance of not only a change in mindset, but a behavioural change, and a fresh focus on winning, protecting business brands and making staff and customers loyal partners.

Granger comments, “In today’s economy, you cannot rely on traditional methods. Radical innovation coupled with focus and passion for your customers will keep your business one step ahead of the pack!”

Granger is a global business and motivational speaker, MC and Facilitator, who has worked in senior management and executive positions for South African blue chip companies such as: The Bidvest Group, Tsogo Sun, Imperial Group, Diners Club International, and G4S Secure Solutions.

Following a networking break, the second half of the IBTM Africa Forum will feature a panel debate on the future meetings industry growth in Africa. The panel will include meetings industry leaders from the African continent.

The discussion, supported by representatives from SITE, ICCA and SAACI will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn from panel experts on how the meetings industry is growing in Africa as well as giving them insights and perspectives from both the association and incentive industries.
